The short answer
In Chestermere, look for a realtor who prices lakefront, lake-access and off-lake homes separately, knows the newer communities (Bridgeport, Clearwater Park, South Shore) and explains the trade-offs: no urgent care in town and limited transit. Chestermere buys its water from Calgary. Our team's record here is small: 1 transaction, in 2021.
