The short answer
Legacy is a newer WestCreek community, still being built, that backs onto roughly 300 acres of Pine Creek valley reserve. A good agent compares resales with new builds from the same builders, checks warranties and explains the mandatory residents' association fee. We've handled 12 Legacy transactions since 2017, most of them for buyers.

Local knowledge
What a good Legacy realtor should know
01
They know new homes and builders
Builder, age, layout and finishes all affect value in a new community. They compare like with like.
02
They check builder warranties
On new and newer homes, they check what warranty coverage remains and flag any deficiencies.
03
They know the ridge and park lots
Homes backing onto the environmental reserve or green space sell differently. They know the difference.
04
They're honest about schools and commutes
Where children are designated while Legacy grows, and drive times via Macleod Trail and Stoney Trail.

Choosing an agent
Three questions to ask a Legacy realtor
- 1How does this Legacy resale compare with a new build from the same builder, and how much do valley-edge lots add?
- 2How have homes like mine sold in Legacy over the last 90 days, and what did they sell for compared with list price?
- 3Who will I work with day to day, and how quickly do you respond when homes are moving fast?

What our clients say
★★★★★
“I cannot express how amazing Madison and her mom Tausha were to have as realtors. If I could give a million stars, I would. I feel so lucky to have found such amazing, genuine, kind individuals to help me on my journey to buying my first home. They are honest, transparent, and professional when guiding you through showings and paperwork. They answered any and all questions I may have had, and were there for me throughout an unsuccessful purchase attempt all the way through successfully buying my first home! Not only that, but they’ve recommended a lovely broker, surprised me on the day of getting the keys with an extremely thoughtful and generous gift, and even remembered my birthday, going so far as to send a hand written card! They are amazing people. If you are looking to buy a home, reach out to them. They are truly the best in the business and make you feel like family. So so so grateful. THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart, Madison & Tausha!! ❤️❤️❤️”
