Choosing an agent
Three questions to ask a Evergreen realtor
- 1How do homes backing onto Fish Creek Park, and Evergreen Estates versus south Evergreen, compare on price?
- 2How have homes like mine sold in Evergreen over the last 90 days, and what did they sell for compared with list price?
- 3Who will I work with day to day, and how quickly do you respond when homes are moving fast?
