The short answer
Signal Hill homes vary a lot by view, slope and walkout, so look for an agent who compares like with like rather than using community averages. Most homes date from the late 1980s and 1990s, and the 69 Street and Sirocco CTrain stations are close. Our team's record here is newer: 2 transactions since 2025.

Choosing an agent
Three questions to ask a Signal Hill realtor
- 1How much does a city or mountain view, or a walkout, add to Signal Hill prices, and which recent sales really compare?
- 2How have homes like mine sold in Signal Hill over the last 90 days, and what did they sell for compared with list price?
- 3Who will I work with day to day, and how quickly do you respond when homes are moving fast?

In their words
From a client in Signal Hill
★★★★★
“I cannot express how amazing Madison and her mom Tausha were to have as realtors. If I could give a million stars, I would. I feel so lucky to have found such amazing, genuine, kind individuals to help me on my journey to buying my first home. They are honest, transparent, and professional when guiding you through showings and paperwork. They answered any and all questions I may have had, and were there for me throughout an unsuccessful purchase attempt all the way through successfully buying my first home! Not only that, but they’ve recommended a lovely broker, surprised me on the day of getting the keys with an extremely thoughtful and generous gift, and even remembered my birthday, going so far as to send a hand written card! They are amazing people. If you are looking to buy a home, reach out to them. They are truly the best in the business and make you feel like family. So so so grateful. THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart, Madison & Tausha!! ❤️❤️❤️”
