What to look for
What the best Edgemont real estate agents do differently
01
They know ravine and park-backing homes
Homes backing onto ravines, green space or Nose Hill Park sell differently. They compare like with like.
02
They know Edgemont's streets
Which pockets have walkouts, views or easy access to schools and pathways, and how each sells.
03
They know the age of the homes
Many homes here were built in the 1980s and 1990s. They know what updates buyers look for.
04
They understand the location
Nose Hill Park, John Laurie Boulevard, Crowchild Trail and nearby shopping, and what each means for you.
05
They price on local sales
Recent sales in Edgemont and nearby communities, adjusted for lot, layout, condition and location within the neighbourhood, not a city-wide average.
06
They stay with you to possession
Conditions, deadlines, your lawyer and the keys, handled without you having to chase anyone.
