Auburn Bay is Brookfield Residential's four-season lake community in southeast Calgary, started in 2005. It sits between Stoney Trail, Deerfoot Trail, 52 Street SE and Seton Boulevard, around a 43-acre freshwater lake with a private 13-acre beach and park. About 18,090 people lived here in 2021, and the South Health Campus and Seton's shops are right next door.
