Altadore is an inner-city southwest Calgary community known for new infills, mature trees and the Marda Loop shopping district, with River Park and the Elbow River pathways close by. The best realtor in Altadore knows how homes on different streets and in different phases sell, what buyers here are looking for, and how Altadore compares with nearby communities. Here's what to look for, the questions worth asking, and how we help in Altadore.

What to look for

What the best Altadore real estate agents do differently

01

They know infill value

New infills, renovated originals and older homes sell very differently. They compare like with like.

02

They understand lots and redevelopment

Lot width, zoning and redevelopment potential can drive value. They know how to account for both.

03

They know the streets

Homes near Marda Loop, River Park or busier roads sell differently. They know the difference.

04

They understand the location

Marda Loop shops, River Park, the Elbow River pathways and quick access to downtown.

05

They price on local sales

Recent sales in Altadore and nearby communities, adjusted for lot, layout, condition and location within the neighbourhood, not a city-wide average.

06

They stay with you to possession

Conditions, deadlines, your lawyer and the keys, handled without you having to chase anyone.

What our clients say

★★★★★

“We recently sold our home with TnT Real Estate Pros Ltd., and we had the pleasure of working with Madison. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing to deal with — extremely friendly, professional, and always eager to share any and all information with us.

Madison kept us in the loop around the clock, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond by personally checking on our house after the professional cleaning and even ensuring everything was safe when we heard about next door’s basement flooding — all while we were out of town.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Madison’s dedication and care truly set her apart. Highly recommend TnT Real Estate Pros Ltd. and Madison for anyone looking to buy or sell!”
