We recently worked with Tod to purchase a home in the Cochrane area. Tod was great to work with! He did a lot of searching for us and found several properties for us to look at given our very specific set of criteria. He showed us six different properties including a brand new listing. Tod and Tausha are wizards; beyond a doubt they are the team that you need to help you with buying or selling your house. Years ago, we needed to quickly sell our house in poor market, and Tod and Tausha came in and busted their butts to get it done, and we closed in 30 days in a market where everything was closing in 90. After that experience, we knew we could count on them again, and once again they delivered for this transaction. From market research, staging, getting help for us to help clean things out, to providing sound advice, Tod and Tausha were there for us the entire way. Without a doubt, they are our realtor team for the long haul and we recommend them to all of our friends and family.

They were amazing. Our house sold super fast and for over asking price because of the interest they stirred up before going on the market. They then helped us get a great place in high river. There was a bidding war but Tod and Tausha walked us through it and got us the house we wanted. I would 100% recommend them for buying and selling a house. There is no question we will use them next time.

What a team!!! We bought our home with them 4 years ago and sold with them this spring and both were the most amazing experiences! They are not only kind and caring, but will move mountains for you and your family. Equipped with clipboards, coloured markers and slurpees for our girls, they engaged the whole family in the process. We would never think of using anyone else, the absolute best peeps around!
